Kristie Stephens is a certified yoga teacher who has been both a student and a teacher here at hw.”I find the vinyasa practice specifically beneficial as it teaches us how to synchronize our movement with the breath, guiding us in our transitions from one moment to the next. Recognizing the positive influence the practice has had on my life, off of the mat, has made me want to share the benefits of Yoga with others. In 2013, I completed my 200 hour teaching certification at Healing Waters. My dedication to a daily practice continues to grow.
I am truly grateful to all of my teachers and fellow students for continuing to grow with me and create a safe environment where we can share, learn, and draw strength and inspiration from each other’s experiences.”
